How to download a refund report from Ticket Tailor

Head to 'Orders'.
Under 'Order status' filter your orders to only show 'Refunded orders'.
Select the 'Actions' dropdown.
Click 'Export'.
If you're exporting an 'Overview report' make sure that the tick box next to 'Order cancelled' is selected.
If you're exporting a 'Line item report' make sure that the tick box next to 'Voided tickets' is ticked.
Click 'Download report' and you will get a CSV containing all of your refunds.
