When you install the new file do you leave the tuner plug on the dash or could you remove it

Do the tunes always have to be downloaded from you guys? Isn't there any end user custom software so as to have my local tuner do it?

When the tune is installed does the tuner have to stay installed?

No but the tuner can only have one vehicle tuned at a time, they'll VIN lock to that vehicle so you can't tune other vehicles after it's already been installed on something else.

I have the bully dog gt tuner for my 13 ram 2500 and it doesn’t give me the option for performance shift point it automatically makes me do a custom rpm rev limiter and also it doesn’t give me the option to change the transmission to performance does anyone know why?

I installed my on a 2002 7.3 and it keeps coming up with the check filter caution light on my Dash even with no filter install and still no turbo
