How to Download and install Eclipse with java and Selenium WebDriver on Windows 10

Dowload krne ke baad me jar file nhi dikh rhi extract kr ke bhi? WinRAR archive (.jar) type file dikhrhi hai? how ? plz help me

Sir Selenium 4.23.0 version ,me install kiya...but usme jab class path me add kiya tab lib file nahin tha...and jab me selenium webdriver install karke extract kiya tab nhi lib file nahi tha..plz tell me

yes new version main lib folder nhi hai , app only jo file folder ke ander hai wahi add ker do apka kam ho jayega. ya phir aap Maven project per kam ker rhe hai to only Dependency add ker do pom.xml ke ander
