How to Download and install Eclipse with java and Selenium WebDriver on Windows 10

Why am I not able to get the " LIB" folder when extracted the selenium java zip file ???

Aap kaise add ker rhe ho i don't know...but apko add kerna hai 1st "Classpath" ka option milega jab aap library add kerte hai us per click kerke add external JARs add ker kerna hai...

Sir Selenium 4.23.0 version ,me install kiya...but usme jab class path me add kiya tab lib file nahin tha...and jab me selenium webdriver install karke extract kiya tab nhi lib file nahi tha..plz tell me

yes new version main lib folder nhi hai , app only jo file folder ke ander hai wahi add ker do apka kam ho jayega. ya phir aap Maven project per kam ker rhe hai to only Dependency add ker do pom.xml ke ander
