I used gameloop to download call of duty mobile on my computer, and it initially worked properly. However, when I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, my account level and rank were reset, all of my skins and characters were deleted, and I am unable to restore them. However, when I installed it on my phone, my level, rank, skins, and character stayed intact. Please help me fix it, because I really want to play on my computer.
