So it seems u need windows 10 or 11 to get latest iTunes ..I too can’t get it and it’s very annoying I use windows 8.1 my iPad 7gen stuck on recovery screen and can’t get off it till updated iTunes but like say can’t …luckily I have iPad Pro too which is fine to back up but that’s it…if I buy a new pc I will end up loosing my cd music as stored on my old windows 8 pc

It's presently still available for Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and Windows 11. But no longer available for Mac OS devices.
