Hi Imran, my trial ran out and I'm trying to delete my license keys from my Windows 11.. with no success. I have gone into the registry editor and deleted rhino a few times. But It's still not working. The license keys are still being recognized. Is there anything else I can do in the registry editor to remove traces on my computer so it's not recognized.

Hello, I just downloaded rhino 8 on my MacBook Pro using the method mentioned above,but when I try to open rhino it says “no license found, rhino will exit”. Though I followed every step, it stops me at license part. May I know how to fix this issue ?

so once you have your rhino account you can do my account>licenses on the website) and should see it there if it doesn't show at the start. You may need to do the process again if you dont rember the email and pass you used to log in the first time

yeah on mac you can just delete and reinstall with a new email, on windows you need to delete all program files and the registry keys then than redownload with a new email. There are several comments on this vid explaining how too. I did't want to explicitly say this in the video due to the legal grey area.

You need to fully log out and do the full process again with a different email

I just wanted to double check, this method is to allow us to continue the trial ver after three months? And once three months is over, we have to reinstall (windows) and remove the program files, etc. mcneel + the reg editor? and regenerate email + #? Just having same issues, where I can add in the email and license key but when I open Rhino 8 it is still in a 90 days trial.

If you mean files as in stuff you've been working on it's absolutely fine there's no need to delete them! Only delet anything that was added when you installed the program like the program files and stuff

There will be itll be show on the origional tab and you have to click to reveal, if you dont open in new tab you’ll loose it! But you can always to the process again and it will give it to you when you make the new account. Hope this helps

Hey, when i create the account, the licence key keep loading forever. For some reason it doesn't assign one to the account. Also, the last time I install it, rhino asked to validate my identity, and in a lapse of 7 days my licence expired. Any solution to both problems?

You should be able to fully delete the app and the files on your storage then redownload the program

interesting, I haven't heard this one. Have you made sure youve got the free trial active, it should show you the key at the bottom, you can manually paste this in if the automatic login isnt working

On the original webpage there should be a option the view the key so dont close the tab. If not it should be as simple as loging into the account you created once you open the program for the first time. I have just done it with Rhino 8 and it still works on mac and windows.

you can't actually do it more than one time bro. after 90 days you can't just use another email. it somehow remembers, that free trial has been used once before

Ive been doing it for all of uni, you have to fully uninstall it and reinstall it you can't just change the account when it runs out.

@@NikitaDoroshko if i were to delete all, i would have to repair when i redownload and somehow it they still remember another instance of the previous evaluation also when i check the acc in the rhino website the trial license key is not registered under my account. they require me to validate the code because it "expired"
