It can be due to network problem. Close the app and reopen. Or try after sometime.

It could be because your transaction history is very big. Try to download transaction history month wise. One by one. You’ll get the history for all the 6 months this way

When the transactions are above 299 then the best way is to download transactions month wise. Download the transactions for each month. However, if you are submitting transaction history for loan application then you can just download and submit for last six month, even if it is truncated due to crossing 299 transactions. I never faced any problem with that. But if you face problem with that then download for each month and submit that.
