once you sign in it should have an icon for 23 and me and under there is an icon to download for ancestry... I wish I could post pictures here but it should be there!..

I wouldn't recommend it. Because IF you were able to get it on your phone.. some of the websites won't accept you uploading it from your phone. You might run into compatibility issues. Plus I am worried about your phone not having enough space. It is just best to do it on a computer... Hope this helps.
