Wow this was really useful for me. I've been using 3DCAD softwares to learn pattern making from scratch and I usually try some of my sketches on muslin. Aditionally, I've realised that most of your handy moves tracing the lines and getting the measurements on the bodice are easily applicable on the software too. I've draft a collar on a bodice I made on Optitex using this video, printed the pattern, I sewed and it worked greatly. Thanks a lot mate, I've been following your content since you started out in KZbin and your doing it great. Cheers, and tons of support from this humble servant.

Can this be used also on male bodices to make the collars for safari shirts, denim jackets, and old military tunics? If so, what modifications has to be done?

The 'extension 1,5 cm' on the mid/front, what has it to do with the collar ? Its look to me useless 🙄
