They don't stay the same. You add to length by 0.5" and add to the arm hole by 0.5"

Unfortunately not... Best advice I can give though is measure yourself. Measure a long sleeve shirt you might already have and decide for yourself what you want the length to be 😉

You'll cut at 11.5" width (a medium on the pattern) or even large if you really wanna go oversized
