Саша, Огромное спасибо за комментарий! 😊 Без ускорения я боюсь смотреть никто не будет. Всем некогда и даже 10 минут не все смотрят, я по статистике сужу. Есть один выход, если нужно чуть медленнее, можно мышкой навести на видео и в правом нижнем углу, где шестеренка, нажав на неё выбрать нужную скорость. К примеру, 0,25 ; 0,5; 0,75. Музыка конечно будет тоже медленнее, но как вариант её можно выключить.

Very nice! Recently started using pastels and I was curious as to what you do with a completed painting to help avoid smearing. Do you apply a fixative or do you immediately frame all your paintings? Thanks - Bob

Bob! Thank you so much for watching! I do not use fixatives. I use a frame with glass and mat (Passepartout) for my finished picture. If I do not want to insert a picture into the frame, then I use tracing paper to cover the picture from above to avoid mechanical damage. P.S. I hope you understand me. My English is not perfect. Great piece, as ever, Katya :) I'm considering these toison d'or pastels, fairly inexpensive as well.. what do you think of them, how do they compare to the Rembrandt ones? I see you've used both.. there's also an extra soft version , do you think it's worth? ;)

Luca! Koh-i-noor Toison d'or - a great budget set! But I recommend a set of not less than 48 colors.😊👍

I just did this tutorial. My first time using Soft pastels. Mine was more blue because i do not have the same brand of soft pastels than you. I used Mungyo (64ct) ANYWAY....hahaha How did you get the White around the butterfly so clean?

Julian, This is an ordinary sandpaper, granularity 1000, water resistant. I buy in the building shop. I do not use Pastelmat, so I can not compare.

Hello Valerie! In this video, I use soft pastels set "Koh-i-noor" Toison D'or 48. Unfortunately, I did this video a very long time ago. There is no sticker with the number on some pastel crayons.
