As vector it's not accepted, but I add JPEG image and if design is good it sells as good as vector. Here my Shutterstock profile www.shutterstock.com/g/ElenaBaryshkina and I have a lot of illustrations in jpeg formant. But this problem only on Shutterstock. For example Adobe Stock is agree to accept the Gaussian blur and other effects

Can we submit vectors with motion blur and mesh tool to shutterstock? If not then what is solution for this?

Mesh tool is Yes! Gaussian blur is no! I have video about shadows without Gaussian blur. There are 5 ways to create shadows and 4 of them is OK for a Shutterstock expect 4 th way. Here the link kzbin.info/www/bejne/oXy0f2lrmrSChtk
