While practicing, you can draw with less details. Just because she adds a lot of details, doesn't mean you have to add details like her. Start from a easy art study. One day you'll be really good at art if you practice regularly. If her art style is still too hard for you, always remember there are a lot of tutorials and art channels with easier art style.
