You made it look way more sturdy and mean looking. I love how zen the vid is, thanks for your knowledge!

Cool, it is really nice to see you using pencils and ERASERS. Next time you tell me I need to use ink, I’m going to refer you back to this video. Thanks, I always pick up a new tip or two from your videos.

Thanks mate, but using pencils is still a no no :P

If there's one thing Dutch people love, it's to use power tools in densely populated neighbourhoods all summer long.
@rewguy83733 жыл бұрын
Really? And I thought that was just an American thing. Do the Dutch like to start really early in the morning too? Must be a left-over gene from our Dutch ancestors who emigrated here.

Ja precies, de hele flatgebouw naast ons wordt gerenoveerd. Lawaai de hele dag lang.

This is a unique art sketch .. interesting my friend.
@robertlkiss3 жыл бұрын
Thanks but it is really not that unique at all, most industrial designers sketch in this style.

Great sketching! Try using a reference photo but changing the angle of the product sketch for some extra challenge
@robertlkiss3 жыл бұрын
Thanks that is my standard approach, but for this video I wanted to keep a similar perspective to be able to explain things easyer.
@BrendenPragasam3 жыл бұрын
@@robertlkiss yeah i remember earlier ones from the discord where you did that. Maybe try some 3 day design challenges with some actual prototyping, its been a bit since you done some on the channel
@robertlkiss3 жыл бұрын
@@BrendenPragasam Yeah sadly I don't really have time for that lately since work is keeping me quite busy :\
@BrendenPragasam3 жыл бұрын
@@robertlkiss :/ yeah im using these videos to get practice for my masters honestly ID work can be easy for startups since expectations are sometimes quite low so im a bit rusty with the hand rendering and proper design thinking, lmk if you have any recommendations

Beautiful sketch, what did you use to bring it into the digital medium, photo or scan? :)
@robertlkiss3 жыл бұрын
Thanks you. I simply took a picture of it and threw some colors on top in photoshop.
