This is good. You sketched in the form accurately before you did all of the shading. I've done a couple of dogs and I struggled with the nose. It was the hardest part. It's so easy for it to look twisted like it's on a different plane or to not have all the subtleties it needs to create the form. I've even noticed people who paint the pets for a living seem to have a struggle sometimes with the nose.
