Hi Salamat, yes this was through further analysis. This is an actual project I'm working on so the process map shows information I gathered through requirements elicitation or during meetings to understand current processes within HR Rewards function

plz explain how is split spreadsheet according to dept & Collate all spreadsheets into 1 single source a painpoint?

It's the manual process involved with splitting the spreadsheets and possibly emailing across and between departments. There could be a better way by automating or streamlining the process. Hope that makes sense 🙂
