He sort of looks Mr Krupp from Captain Underpants when he's angry. (I have no interest in Captain Underpants at all. But, strangely, it's a part of DreamWorks Pictures, which I've had an interest in.) Unfortunately, you made his sleeves long. They're supposed to be rolled-up sleeves. But Mr Krupp's had long and short sleeves.
