basically u draw a real hand but without detailed texture like the realistic art. hand is one of things that no need to "anime-fication". face and especially eyes are things that heavily need "anime-fication" if u want to draw in anime style. btw, this technique is not for newbie. if u r newbie/amateur, just draw like.. a rectangular shape as the palm. and draw triangle for the base of the thumb. and then draw like.. cylinders or blocks for each fingers. then u can smooth it to make it like a real palm/hand umm it's not easy to tell. but it's easy to do
