something that helped me hearing 2 years ago was, no matter what perspective you are drawing it's always in 3 points (because it's 3 dimensional) just if you do 1 point, 2 points are at infinite and 2 point 1 point is at infinite this to me helped me along with realizing you don't have to have everything converge to the same vanishing point objects in real life will often have their own it's just in relation to the horizon line and horizon lines can be moved about where ever depending on the image that is being drawn and what you are trying to convey in relation to the camera and POV

Impossible. This algorythm is reading my mind, i've just started randomly drawing with perspective out of nowhere, and... It was beautiful, didn't expect i could make some basic but impressive perspective. It was just some shape people like cylinders and cubes, hope i can draw more detailed things soon. The effect perspective adds to drawing is impressive. It turns flat and boring poses characters and places into such interesting drawings...

Tbh if u want to get good at drawing characters, just copy the drawings(dont fr urself bruh), copy the style, redraw character, it’ll eventually improve your drawing skills.
@sourpuss59513 ай бұрын
Ehhhh hard disagree. Only *just* doing those things like you said is a really good way to get your skills to plateau and stagnate. Ya gotta still learn fundamentals like what this vid shows alongside the master study copy practice. I seen people do the "only copy others' characters" thing (ignoring/not really caring about fundamentals) and over two years of continued drawing classes, I only ever saw them progress either far slower than the others or not really improve on their own at all. And when we had art projects where we were free to do our own thing, they were practically stuck just copying online artists' works (not even well lol).
