Hi Dr Asif, Thank you for the video, I tried creating a circos plot just like how you showed in the video. But, I could not get any inner or outer track. I notice that there are no negative values in your fold change column. I was wondering if that could be a reason?

I think so negative values should not bother. Might be there are other format error in your file

Dr sab what is difference between circos and synteny analysis please answer it. Can both we use in article or only one?

you can use both in one. but they are different as circos only show relationships while syntheny show relationship along with the gene order.
