Very nice instructional video. When i draw mandalas, I find it to be very peaceful, and Im able to kinda get away from my daily stressers that life brings oneself. It's interesting to find out that it's even peaceful when someone else draws a mandala. Your work is VERY good. Thank you for sharing some of your peace with me. 😊

If you can write your name, you can draw a mandala. The secret of any mandala is drawing one line after the other. The complex result may look challenging, but in reality it just takes time and calm patience to draw a mandala. I suggest to start small to train your hand and gradually moving to the larger mandalas💙💙💙

Your videos are NEVER a bore! I love and enjoy every single second. I love how this looks. Thank You for sharing. I was wondering how you learned to “let go” and draw “organically?” I want to let go and just “flow” but my anxiety and ocd prevent that. Do you have any ideas or advice? Thank You.xxx
@AlenaLight5 жыл бұрын
Try drawing a ritual - find quiet or just a cozy spot (at home, in a cafe, outside in a park), take several very slow and deep breaths, notice how your whole body feels - the weight of the body, warm and cool areas and such take your paper and a pen and just touch them softly draw a circle in the middle add some petals or leaves proceed until you loose any thoughts in this drawing meditation or until tired (; Just don’t let your inner critic to ruin your ritual - ask him/her to take a tea break while you are drawing.

I like timelapses because they allow to show the main idea in a very short time - Instagram has 1 min limit for videos and not much can be done for such a short time
