I followed it and it didn't turn out that bad! Thx!! I had to draw my favorite villain for anime club at my school and this helped a lot. I just added a shaded background by lightly scribbling in pencil then pressing down and moving outwards with my finger or just licking my finger (a little) and doing so

Look at pictures of anime eyes and try to copy them. That's how I do mine
