Copyface! a quirk that allows the user to mold features of their own face to match someone else's. Features can be mixed and matched to allow someone to change their appearance completely! However, in order to copy a feature, the user needs a feel for the structure. Unless they make themselves look that way all the time, they need a reference! The section about tracing faces and "stealing their features" (cue evil laughter) made me think of this.

Horikoshi is the one who inspired me to draw in the first place. My whole art style is so similar to his because I based off my art style to his since first grade of high school. It became so hard for me to make a new character without it looking like the ones that already existed in Hero Academia... someone help me...

I suggest trying to make your own art style! As much as I love and admire Horikoshi’s art style, it’s good to create your own unique style so that people can find the difference between yours and Horikoshi’s. Maybe- if you’re wishing to pursue a career in art- somebody will study your style, and try to copy it! If you’re really struggling, I recommend looking at videos on KZbin to help you find your style. A good method I’ve learned is to create a character without looking at any references, or keeping any style in your head. Just draw.

Oh....oh my god...your voice crack at the start was adorable...also thanks for teaching me this style. I kinda need it to draw Red Helix aka my OC. To sum up his quirk for those curious: think rogue from X-men plus Kevin eleven from Ben ten. But to go into more detail....(sigh) scroll down. His quirk is quirk copy and combination. For the copy part think of it like a rip off brand of your favourite soda/pop. It's exactly like the original with just the tiniest change. In this case who's using the quirk. As for the combo part...lets say you mix two soda k? Alone they taste alright but TOGETHER THEY MAKE SOMETHING GODLY!!! That's the bases of the combo part. Of course just rogue I cause pain to whoever touch feels pain and depending on how long I touch them (in my case 15 or more minutes) it's not temporary but permanent. Of course yes I can use the permanent one but with side effects like nausea, or temporary paralyzation of limbs. If I exert my normal quirk too much (aka combining them to go full Kevin eleven) I could cough up blood or go into a animalistic rage. Oh yeah also copied quirks only last 5 hours when mastered but currently only 30 minutes.

This is just my opinion but i wanted to add that, you should draw characters that are simular to your bnha oc a lot too! Like lets say my character face looks like uraraka so ill draw her more often! Plus you should learn other artstyles too! Especially the ones that inspired kohei, like naruto's (i think) . And for hero outfit and casual designing i think its better to make it simple but not TOO simple, if you need help designing feminine hero outfits you should try searching up nurse deku au the outfit design is rather simple yet still very awesome! Basically keep it something that you can see someone will want to wear it irl and is helpful in fights, and make it hard to tell their weaknesses Maybe check bnha wiki too since im pretty sure they did write about the characters hero outfit and how they work! Im so sorry if my english is bad or this comment is long i just really wanted to express my opinion i guess!
