Ik this comment is like 2 years old but she used Airbrush for the base Soft airbrush for the highlights And Smudge flat brush 3 for the blending process Hope that helps

Create a new layer for the highlights. I used airbrush :)

Sorry I didn't mention the brushes, you're gonna have to look at the brush icons I've selected while painting. I must have used airbrush throughout the process. 🙈
