How to Draw Realistic Strawberries in Soft Pastels

In this video I demonstrate how I drew realistic looking strawberries in soft pastels on UArt 600 grit sanded paper using a Liquitex acrylic ink underpainting. I missed recording the underpainting part of this video, but you can take either watercolors, Inktense, or acrylic ink and block in your strawberries before you begin with pastels. Make sure your underpainting is dry before you layer your pastels on top of it!

*UArt 600 grit sanded pastel paper
*Terry Ludwig soft pastels
*Unison soft pastels
*Mount Vision soft pastels
*Liquitex acrylic inks
*Caran D'ache pastel pencils
