I am demonstrating an easy method to draw realistic water drops with graphite pencils! I am going through this tutorial step by step so it is suitable for beginners to follow along with. I am drawing these water drops with pencil. I used a H and B pencil and also a white coloured pencil for the highlights.

What kind of white pigment did you use? My Fabre castell white color pencil does not work for this.

Your suggestions and tips are great and you draw and color beautifully Kirsty. Truly. My one issue is that its quite hard to follow along with you because you're not doing it in real time. And you speed through it much too fast.

Yes this technique can be applied to any medium. It is just important to understand where the shadows and highlights go :D
