If you modelled the building properly you wouldn't need to use the worksheet. Even if there are no more changes to the building this is still the wrong way to use Archicad. MODEL, MODEL, MODEL

Let me clarify my comment. From my experience when teaching ArchiCAD its is the confidence in the model which is most difficult establish. Being able to produce conventional drawings directly from the model has always been ArchiCAD’s strength, however the trainee has to develop the confidence this is possible and practical. The use of the worksheet, I would suggest, is a topic which is really something which should be part of more advanced tutorials. Separating the drawing from the model carries the risk of forgetting to bring forward any changes to the project. Working with the model ensures ALL your documents will always be up to date and coordinated. Having a proper model, is essential from any point of view, because you are doing your visualisation‘s your analysis etc all from the model. You should therefore learn modelling properly and effectively from day one.
