Armida Moreno I once had a dream that this one guy needed help so I climbed to a strange place. He told me to stand somewhere and when he threw the fireball I would have to run to him. So he threw it and I ran, but I couldn’t. I was in slow motion. And the dream ended. I had a nightmare like that when I was little. It started to annoy me so I maked a plan how to kill the " something ". So the next night I just didn't run from it, and I founded a gun and I killed the "something". Than I realized I can control my dreams. It's pretty cool.

Great video! I have a question (this goes to anyone). Many years ago, when I was in my early 20s, I would go to sleep & dream about the my next day (something from my dream would happen the very next day). Additionally, I was thinking at a much higher level then what was normal for me, I was able to write in cursive smoother, I was a lot calmer than normal, and I could hear & see anything a lot better than before. Everything about me seemed better to include my appearance when I looked at myself in the mirror. Things that WOULD normally REALLY upset me like getting stuck on the highway with jam packed traffic during rush hour didn't phase me; I remember this happening& how I was listening to music jamming out & was happier than a pig in mud! :) My brain was definitely operating at a different & faster speed. I don't meditate or do yoga, but did get violently ill the day before this happened. These dreams (happened for 3-4 days in a row) to include my higher level functioning. Besides this, I haven't had it happen lately but occasionally I dream into the future (sometimes months in advance). Have you ever heard of someone dreaming about ones own personal days happening the next day? Do you happen to have any suggestions on how I can do this again, have it happen more frequently or make this part of my life? I would love to be able to do this again (have dreams, where the events occur the next day. To be able to help others & make OUR lives better than what they presently are. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Tony

I've been doing this since I was a child. Don't know why I do this, just do since I was around 5 or 6 yrs old. Just have to think about what I want, focus, and relax into it. Sometimes I'm too excited to relax and I still dream it, probably bc I'm expecting it. Changing the dream comes easy for me, except when something shocking happens, or when I'm stressed with life issues. Then I go somewhere else in the dream, think in the dream, and go back to that place in the dream, and restart so to speak and change it, unless I'm frightened awake. If frightened, I don't go back. I still dream constantly.

I discovered this before I am watching this now. I was watching John Lennon on the Dick Cavett Show being interviewed. earlier I watched a video where Paul McCartney was explaining that he has dreamt about John Lennon. So During the late night watching Lennon on Dick Cavett I started getting very sleepy. I shut off the laptop, and right before falling asleep I said a little prayer hoping Lennon was doing ok in the afterlife, hoping there is one. Later while sleeping I met up with Lennon. He had the exact same hair as the Cavett show, and I talked to briefly. So I think it goes work that you can manipulate your dreams as long as you make your choice just before you go into the sleeping stage.
