I have got a deep injury on the thumb of my right leg, its like a hole in there but most of it has recovered, so I want to ask that is it okay to apply crepe bandage of such wounds cause confarming bandage is only helping in keep the gauss piece filled with betadine on the wound.

A crepe bandage can be used to hold a dressing in place on a healing wound, but never apply it directly onto the wound. Continue to clean the wound, and apply a wound pad. Wrap the crepe bandage over this, not too tight. Change the dressing regularly. See medical attention immediately if you see any signs of infection like increased pain, redness, or discharge.

That is a wound dressing - it's the absorbent bit that goes over the wound. Sometimes bandages come with them built in, but sometimes you have the wound dressing pads separately so you can pick the right size and then secure it in place with a bandage (like in this video)
