Hey dude. I rarely comment on videos, but wanted to give you kudos for the clear and concise guide - that other creators seem to miss sometimes. Either way spammed with over exaggerated antics or cheesy tactics. This was clear- narrated in real time and explained well. You earned a new sub, my good sir. Thanks!

comments like these feel so good to read, thank you. i try to just keep it informational, not dragging or fluffing that could confuse the technique. more to come, and i’ll try to keep em the same format

This was really good, explained it perfectly! Thanks for this! Last fifa I played was 5 years ago, didnt bother with much dribling. Now I get this good feeling when it actually accomplish something
@HazardousFC5 күн бұрын
i find it so much more rewarding to actually break someone down and go score than to score using methods you know they can’t really defend anyway (corners, long shots, rebounds, they just don’t feel as good) i’m glad you enjoyed! i’m gonna have to make more of these. this one has been received so well i’m in shocked, but very happy and the more tricks you have the better. getting better at dribbling also makes you a better passer, all of a sudden you can open up even more passing lanes

Fantastic video. Thanks for making this. Can't wait to try it. All the big creators don't really explain how they use specific skills/tactics with real-time examples that it makes it difficult to replicate. You explained it in a perfect way that I feel confident I will be able to master it with some practice.
@HazardousFC3 күн бұрын
thank you, and glad it helped! yeah, most creators just go “this is what’s powerful, do this button” and not explain what it does in game. i want to try and explain what works but also how to use it the thing about dribbling is it’s not just how to get past someone, it’s how to open a passing lane by dragging a defender out of position, or how to win small battles over the field to put yourself in a better place down the field. a lot of people think you just learn dribbling to get past a center back, but no, the small wins i get by beating my opponent’s attacking mid with my defensive mid lets me create an even better attack. all that stuff

Thanks man. You put so much details into it and your thought process. Yes dribbling is mostly down to practice but this helps a lot. Cheers
@HazardousFC8 күн бұрын
yes mostly practice but two main things are which method and then when to do it the main thing is really making sure your dribbling is accomplishing something. so many people try to use dribbling to go through areas with no space. no, it’s supposed to open up space for you glad you enjoyed! hopefully will figure it out a little more and put out another one, with skill moves too

I really enjoyed this video and found it really helpful. When it comes to tapping L1 do you do it continuously and quickly or just every so often?
@HazardousFCКүн бұрын
only while turning. if you’re moving at an angle, like 90 degree turns or more, tap the button, flick the left stick that way. was the dribble has registered and you know your player will move that way with L1 registered, you can let go. i don’t recommend holding L1 for any normal movement, just normal left stick, until you need to cut in a direction, then tap. UNLESS you have a trickster+ player, you can experiment with holding the button with them

First of all, great tutorial, thanks a lot! But I have one question: Is there a way to when tapping/spamming L1, I dont send my Cbs/cdms to run? Because thats the main Issue im facing, sometimes im just trying to tap l1 to dribble but all of sudden, my cb starts sprinting towards oponnents goal...

You appeared in my recommended videos. So I subscribed. Please could do a tutorial on how to make space when i pass it to a team mate on the edge of my opponent’s penalty area, when my back is facing the goal? I find that 8 haven’t got much room to turn my opponent’s defender who is pushing my back.
@HazardousFC4 күн бұрын
i try to avoid that situation when i can. when you’re stuck there, the trick is turning it from a disadvantage to an advantage. it looks like a situation you can be easily pressed in but that also encourages the opponent to step out to defend you best way to get by is receive the ball with your back to goal, take a few steps out, make the center back come with you, then do a 1-2. pass it to a midfielder with L1+X, which’ll send the striker on a run, then pass it back to him in what should be open space. if not it just drags the center back back, and leaves a gap for the midfielder otherwise you have to dribble away from goal and try to pull the opponent out in a way you can dribble them again. dribbling at an angle is great for this. pretend you’re moving one way to cut it back the other

i don’t know if i’ll make a specific video on this BUT i’ll have a general “chance creation” video out after a couple other tutorials. defending and skill moves are first. might cover some tricks in that one!

Woah! Great guide, can you make one about easy and must use skill moves ?
@HazardousFC5 күн бұрын
i think defending will be next and then skill moves, yes! i have maybe… 8 i pull out regularly every game. maybe 12 more in my repertoire but some are so situational that they’re rarer. but yes that’s planned, which moves to do and what situations to recognize when to do one!

I play striker in pro clubs. Any advice on beating guys in the box or on when it me and a defender on a breakaway? I assume just use the tips on this video. But any recommendations on stats/playstyles or skill moves for these situations would be a blessing. Thanks for the video!
@HazardousFC2 күн бұрын
skill move tutorial will be out soon, trickster+ technical+ and press proven+ are the best dribbling playstyles. trickster+ makes L1 better. the rest is all about pulling your opponent's apart and how to create space. i don't play clubs so i don't have tips on that gamemode but i'll be making some chance creation videos that will hopefully help!
@trevormoran69292 күн бұрын
@@HazardousFC I can use two playstyle + in clubs I was think of creating a short and stocky striker( for agile movement and strength on the ball) and using trickster+ and press proven+
@HazardousFC2 күн бұрын
those are the best two for dribbling, bar none, i had those in every player in ultimate team at the end of last year. just make sure to learn your L1 taps, heh i do not know the body types, short and stocky will make them less agile than short and lean? but i don’t value strength much myself, i’m used to using cards like messi so you can experiment with that if you like the strength. press proven+ gives some good strength already though

go to customize (the gear icon in the top left) > settings > basic controls > movement, and scroll to the bottom. it’ll show the buttons for agile dribbling i’ve never changed my buttons so i don’t know if that would change everything the button does or just that one thing!

I hate the dribbling BS! Why does it need to be so complicated! You need to operate 3 buttons to just keep the ball! It’s ridiculous! It’s so inconsistent also! You turn someone and put them on the floor and you try to get away but it’s impossible they are back up and on you in milliseconds! Thanks for the vid. I’ll try these 🙏
@HazardousFC5 күн бұрын
oh, i’m in agreement. believe me. back in FIFA 15 we had normal left stick dribbling, agile dribbling (still L2+R2 back then i think, or maybe that was just L1 i don’t remember) and shielding on L2 i never used now there’s R1 and both L2+R2 and L1, and L2, and L2+R2, and normal left stick, and 30 more skill moves, plus the differences with playstyle pluses… and with all the variation you try to learn just for it to not register correctly sometimes i’m glad you liked the video. if i had to just recommend one i’d recommend the L1 taps first.
