Imo you shouldn't try to get your brush dry despite the name of the technique, cardboard or paper towels drain too much moisture from your brush and you risk getting chalky drybrush, sometimes that's ok but in general that's bad You want to get rid of excess paint but keep it somewhat moist, cork board or texture palette are good tools for that, damping pad is also good idea to have around to be able to moisten brush again if needed Otherwise decent video
