The color looks great and your hair is AMAZING! I bought this a week ago to try covering some greys. I bleached my natural hair blond about 5 years ago and it’s only blond at the very tips. I’m gonna go ahead and apply to my roots and mid-shaft. Hopefully I get a nice result. I may need to dye twice like you did bc my roots are dark brown. Thanks for this vid. I’m subscribed!

@@moniescurls I have bleached ends to make an ombré look and dark brown roots ( I think the same as what your saying?) BUT I want light brown like this SO BAD I hate it along time ago and looked so good ! But I’m not sure if I should dye my ombré the same as the top then do what she did in the video 🤔 just wouldn’t want to have to dye it twice as well 😫

I had to do same thing that black dye is hard to color over mine is still not the color on box more of a caramel brown hopefully it will lighten up in the sun if not I will dye it again in a couple weeks. I love how your hair came out! Beautiful

First bleach if you want the exact colour. Going from black to light always comes darker than the colour on the box

Im confused. So you dont need to bleach your hair to get rid of the black pigment? You can straight up put it on and wait for it to lighten the color?

No you don’t need to bleach just use the lightener in the box for healthier curls💕

Her hair is not “still dark”. It definitely looks like the color on the box. You have to remember coming from a black/dark brown hair color it’s going to be hard to lighten without bleach, so remember that for next time.
