BBSR is too expensive. Me and my friend purchased 3 properties in Ahmedabad as investment. All of them in prime location. 1. 1 bhk at 22 lakhs. 2. 1 bhk @37 lakhs 3. 3 bhk penthouse at 47 lakhs. It has already started giving us rental income same as our EMI. If we resell, we will get our returns in an year or two. BBSR is a waste of time in terms of real estate investment.
