They have skill that is unavoidable, 35% percentage max HP per hit(able to hit twice), Pierce Defense and Guard, giving a debuff for attack and defense on hit and They're immune to critical damage ,have passive heal for 20% max hp each turn, and finally immune to backstab.
Requiem is the one few way to survive them and with Shoo's covenant you can tank 5 hits ( 19%*5)
Also they have another skill that gives 50% more max hp and reduced dmg both magic and attack types to 30% makes NG+9 a slog to fight them and you can get 1 shotted first turn if they spawn double like this.
However, Seem like that skill costs MP to use and when drained out of it they skip their first turn and then always use charge attack afterward.
So Mana Flare able to do that after buff, they also weak to status effect so
Poison, Deadly Poison, Bleed, Laceration, Burn works really well on their high hp pool.
so the strat was Powerwithin/ Knuckle buff /Mana Flare / Debuff /Status effects then just finish the job afterward.
