Ive tried both connectors. They both work pretty much perfectly I think. If you are using an MLM2PRO with direct bluetooth connection then either is fine. If you are someone who has a few different devices then Springbok's connector is the way to go. I have been using the webcam putting with pretty mixed results. It might be because the lighting conditions in my simulator room change slightly depending on the time of day and weather conditions. It might also be that my webcam isn't quite up to scratch. I found that low fps lead to no reads or inaccurate reads for my putting so if anyone is having trouble with that I'd say make sure you have it set manually at at least 30fps.

Why does ExPutt stay in pause for me I did the roi everything checked out but when everything connects it goes in pause mode

This might save time to few…if using an R10 it DOES need to be Bluetooth into the PC, in the BT device folder. Joe mentions it into one of the replies but took idiot me a second to find it😂. Super easy after that! Thank Joe for posting this and now off to throw Springbok a few well deserved 🦌🦌

Cant wait to get home after watching this one Joe. I have the Garmin and went fown the awesome golf hole last night after watching Bens video. I thought snout it over night, he sent me a message this morning to direct connect. I see that delay, i don’t have very much now at all. We will see how mine does this afternoon. Thanks Brother Do they have duty on gifts? Such as on RCT balls from a Us friend? Could unbox them and put with others?

Joe. Excellent video instructions as always. Does the R10 need to connect to the Garmin app to be used? I'm using GSpro with Bluetooth connector and webcam putting . Just wondered if it was needing to connect to Garmin on a phone or something. Thanks

This is amazing! I cant believe how quickly I got everything setup and how the connector just found the MLM2PRO on its own. Does anyone know if this bypasses the sleep mode that turns on after ~5 mins of inactivity?

the issue with the MLM Pro is how weak its internal BT is meaning it misses shots or drops connection making it painful to finish a round on GSPro :-( looking forward to trying this new connector though. great vid

Great connector, is there any way this connector can be created for Ipad? So reason been I do not have a gaming pc and my set up is not allowing me to have one.So if I use this connector with Ipad i can use cloud computer to run GS Pro and enjoy my golf.

This came at a great time. Just bought GSpro and used this to connect my Garmin. After some user error it worked flawlessly. Thank you Joe. Your videos have been great and a huge reason why I had confidence in getting gspro.

Thanks mate no you can just double click the short cut on the desktop and it will work 👍 however it's really cool doing it through the brain box definitely check them out

I downloaded this connector and everything works fine except I cannot seem to get my webcam putting to work. I am using the Logitech Streamcam plus. It shows that it is running on the connector but the putting window doesn't open when I select the putter. I get a quick flash of a black window when I try to open it manually. I am not sure what to try next.

Hey mate I'm not all over the web cam putting sorry. Your best bet is to join the Facebook group and post there. If you tag Etienne van Tonder in it he is the guy that made the connector and will be able to help.

To connect it to GS Pro no it doesn’t need to be authenticated its a lot more simple you Bluetooth it to your PC and then you’re good to go. It connects up to your PC every time you turn it on 👍

This connector uses Awesome Golf as the gateway to GS Pro. Someone provides the required authentication key. If Awesome Golf changes the authentication method to a unique identifier, the connector will not work. Do I understand this correctly, or am I missing something? Many thanks!

Whoa, am I hearing this correctly? You can now use a r10, mlm2pro, mevo+ WITH the Exputt in GSPro?

Absolutely! Springbok has made it possible! So the R10 and MLM2PRO can both be connected via Bluetooth and paired with the ExPutt. The mevo plus used the OCR connection but can also be paired with the ExPutt!

Bluetooth fails to connect each time. Updated firmware, connector is right next to the pc, followed bens steps. It sees the MLM2 but it cannot connect to it.

For the non BT launch monitors I believe it only does club speed as a metric (like the old MLM2PRO version). I'm not sure Springbok added all the other club data to the connector.

Hey mate have you selected the putter in the bottom left hand side? Or if you hit the U key that kicks GS Pro into putter mode. If the putter isn't selected it will stay in a paused state.

Unfortunately there's an issue with the connector when you connected to the mevo plus. There's a big discrepancy in the side spin. gSpro multiplies the side spin that it reads from FS golf some shots will end up being up 10 to 20 m offline
