Yes, it does work with VR. Within Steam right click on the game, go into properties, then Betas, and you will see the oculus version in the list. You will need to know how to use PCVR

Nooo! You can just join the server and go do missions as normal.

Make sure you have version 1.47 installed. Servers are updated automatically. If you don't have 1.47 then our server or many others will not show up on the list
