I would like to say Thank You very much for demonstrating how to create this spreadsheet. Over the last few weeks, when time has allowed, i have created a similar sheet just for my own attendance throughout the year. Keeping an eye on how much Holiday i have used etc... I don't know where most of us would be without Videos created by your goodself & many others on KZbin. Will have a look now at what other topics you have covered :-)

How did you make the date cell shows the day number instead of the whole date?

Highlight the cells, go to format cells (CTRL + 1) and then choose custom from the number tab. In "type" box enter d this will return 01/01/2024 as 1. Hope that helps :) Great video @NETVN82

Question, what if the employee wanted to take off just an hour, or 2 hours, 3 hours.... or 5 or 6 or 7 hours? Is there a way to do that?

I figured it out - for those other that wonder - - \( 1 \) hour is \( 0.125 \) of an 8-hour day. - \( 2 \) hours is \( 0.25 \) of an 8-hour day. - \( 3 \) hours is \( 0.375 \) of an 8-hour day. - \( 5 \) hours is \( 0.625 \) of an 8-hour day. - \( 6 \) hours is \( 0.75 \) of an 8-hour day. - \( 7 \) hours is \( 0.875 \) of an 8-hour day. Formula that worked better for the hours was this: (P - being personal time; Made the same for V being Vacation) This gave you 1 Day, 2 hrs., 4 hrs or 1/2 day., 6 hrs.) increments of 2 hrs. =SUMPRODUCT((A74:AE74="P")*1+(A74:AE74="P2")*0.25+(A74:AE74="P4")*0.5+(A74:AE74="P6")*0.75+(A74:AE74="PX")*1)

Hi Boss Can u pls make Video on how to prevent files retirement from Mobile after reset it to Factory default beleive or not I reset my Samsung Galaxy 4 to Factory Default by my friend shows me how to restore the previous files (Video , Doc , Images , chat history :) even with the factory default Thanks
