How to EASILY Edit Images for Instagram (BEGINNERS)

I uploaded this video in 1080p. If playing on the phone, it is showing a max of 480p. And, when played on PC browser, it is playing max at 720p. Has anybody faced such issue before? Is it due to VERTICAL Video? Any help, please? And, anybody who wants to edit the sample images I used in this video.
