Yes, for the states listed on it. Between the SST and MTC forms, you can get reseller certificates for 35 out of the 45 states that require sales tax.

Wyoming doesn't participate in the MTC program? My print on demand supplier (Printfull) say that to me, so the only form i have in place is the SST.
