I spent way too long on this goddamn challenge. Read online that other party members won't hit sleeping enemies so I kept spamming magnify+sleep and rushed the mindflayer with cloud+tifa

Same, at that time I figured doing solo party would be good enough because other party members wouldn't get stunned 😂

That’s exactly what I did. It is a horrible challenge. Spent hours retrying it until eventually taking down the Mind Flayer without accidentally killing one of the other mobs first.

I used a full 3 party team with Barret as my main and just spammed focus fire on the Mindflayer. The other two Cloud Tifa/Yuffie kept the other targets busy. It took a few tries as the other targets would focus on Barret and grab him. It was a rather annoying challenge.
