It could happen that emails get lost, but every week there is a meeting online where you can ask questions. Also with the software you get so much training material that answers most of the questions.

idk why people are saying that. Software sometimes goes to spam folder after you pay for it. The instructions that are sent with it are super easy to comprehend. worth the money imo.

exactly. we have a weekly group session for all users, so if a user cannot reach me via email they can join the live group session, also users have my personal email.

Hello Mike. Can OF Software be installed on more than one PC? In example PC and laptop using one licence or you need yo buy software on each PC separately?

it is linked to the unique machine ID on NinjaTrader, so one PC per license

If only Mike would respond to emails. I asked a question over a week ago regarding the new tools ...no response. It's like he only sends out emails and any he receives ends up in junk. I can't believe he would just ignore them. It's $$$ at the end of the day. As much as his videos are great, be very careful purchasing his software, you will get no support when you need it.
