I've only played rec center and paintball my whole year of playing rec room and making friends is soooo easy in paintball. Just wave to them when they die or you die or you both eliminate each other, if they wave back their friendly if not then don't bother (I wave anyway) and boom, if you want you can cheer them after the round and give them a friend request, never failed for me
