JSON are really easy to use, as well really easy to exploit and "hack" it. I recommend to encrypt the file after saving and decrypt before loading.

There only 1 thing this tutorial didn't covered. How can we secure the json file so that noone can edit values in it? Someone can find it and hack.

pretty much. if you want something more secure, do some research on binary formatter.

As far as i know its fairly easy to encrypt JSON files and decrypt them with the same key

How can I put objects into the json inventory save in-game? Do you have a code for it?
