Enjoy these videos as they are a cross between education and a person story of a client or lawyer experience. I also find value in just hearing about real case examples, real injuries, what it took to treat and what the settlement value and case outcome value. Million dollar cases are great but most are likely focus on the smaller common ones. Shoulder tears, bulging discs, protrusions, herniations, hematoma, cuts bruises ect.how about different treatment values for the same kind of injuries. How do juries look at those? Great job love the content.

Hi, it can be significant if the injury did not resolve quickly. If its permanent and affects your life it can definitely be worth a substantial amount. Would need to do a verdict search in the city/state where it happened to see what other people have obtained for the same condition.

I have a question if and when I go to trial and a settlement is announced who agrees to the amount and can I appeal if I don't agree with the amount?

A settlement is like a contract or agreement so you would agree to the amount. The other option is to let the jury decide the amount after a trial. The foreperson of the jury announces the decision when the verdict is read. If there were errors by the trial judge you can appeal a verdict. Hope this helps.

I know I sound like a broken record How can you lose a brain injury case what brings the value down and stories where you almost lost a post concussive syndrome brain injury case and what if you don’t file a lawsuit will the insurance company still give you a fair value and what if you decide to settle in 4 months of post concussive syndrome will that make it a lower value what is a good time to settle post concussion syndrome cases where you feel comfortable enough to get the full value of the case Sorry for all the questions at once I’m just curious
