Hey y'all! Really appreciate all the love I've been receiving on this video! Like I'm actually SHOOK lmao! Just wanted to answer a few of the most frequently asked questions. 1. How many parts do you have? Unfortunately, I didn't count the parts but I do have a video showing how I parted my hair which can give you guys a better look at the number of sections I had. Here is the link: kzbin.info/www/bejne/l5u1oaalnst5rMk 2. What type of hair did you use & how many packs? I used 7 packs of Freetress water wave hair from my local beauty supply store for $5.99 per pack. The hair probably can also be found on Amazon for cheaper. 3. How long does this style last & were they hard to take out? I personally kept mine in for a month but they definitely could have lasted at least another month. They were surprisingly very easy to take out! Here is a link to the take down process: kzbin.info/www/bejne/r5CzmXqdrrJ4ppo 4. Did the rubber bands break your hair off? Nope! I actually use rubber bands in my hair quite often when trying out different styles and they've never gave me any problems but people have suggested using the clear plastics ones if your worried these would cause breakage. 5.Did they come undone & can you swim with these? Mine stayed in tact after twisting it down to end. They kind of mimic a twist out on natural hair, once you've twisted it to the end they just lock into place. I didn't swim with mine but I wouldn't suggest getting them wet. Hope this helped with some of your questions!

i tried this and they came out good!! i will say you need a lot of patience 😂😂 it took us around 8 hours bc we don’t know how to do hair but i needed something for my “graduation”. it’s such a cute style and very easy once you get the hang of it!

Love this style and this tutorial! I will definitely be doing this style myself instead of paying someone. Your hair looks so cute!

I’m glad I stumbled upon your video. I love how detailed you were with how to hook the hair. Now I got the hang of it

Thank you for making it so easy to understand my family and I are stationed in Cali and I’ve been struggling to find a hairstylist that slaysss so I’ve been studying videos and yours by far was straight to the point & so step by step. All I’m worried about now is possibly knotting my hair up with the braiding hair when it comes time to remove them. I’m terrible with hair 😩 thank God for KZbin

Looks neat and I love the fact that the bands are hidden. I'm concerned about the takedown though cos those mini rubber bands are renowned for chronic breakage - I'm too scared!

You can do reg. plaits instead

@@daonna53 My skills are non existent! Hence, me watching this vid. I saw Naptural85 use bands that snap really easy under pressure, her takedown was so easy cos they did the job long enough for her to install the twists but snapped instead of breaking her hair. I might try this method with Naptural's bands.
