Thank you for the video. was very helpful. one more question. When printing the the file with multiple headshots on it. Would printing on a 6x4 photo print still keep the 35x45 dimensions in each shot? if not would you know what dimensions to print them out on? thank you

Yeah this is mind boggling... but I think that's not possible. I printed them out and they weren't the right size

5:30 for the last step, are you sure the photos will still be 35x45mm? you did a scale...

To be 100% accurate then you'd times 45mm by 4 which is 180mm (680.26 pixels) for height then 35mm by 4 is 140mm (529.13 pixels) So for 4 pictures you'd have 680x529 pixels

Are there any legalities involved with digitally altering photos that would be used for passports?

Depends on the country. For example the UK doesn't want altered photos, no harsh shadows and must be a clear pictures. The auto system will say or when it's being reviewed you'll get an email. It will say on the country's website for requirements
