The tools you are using are not 'Editing' the PDF. Those tools are part of the 'Review' workflow, designed for marking up the document so the custodian / designer knows which changes need to be made. Further to this, the tools available when circulating a PDF for collaborative review in the cloud are completely insufficient, as they don't include 'Insert new text', 'Replace text' and 'Strikethrough'. As such, it is not possible to have multiple people review a PDF in the cloud, and then import those comments and feedback in to InDesign to commence the revision process. So, if the idea of putting a PDF in the cloud is supposed to facilitate a collaborative review process, why are all the review tools missing? It kind of seems pointless!
