I’ve also done this effect on eyes and team logos on banners, walls, jerseys, the court/field, etc. Honestly you can do it with anything just a matter of getting creative and shooting with intention

Is there no way to like track the mask vs manually tracking?

If you click on the right arrow without the line next to it the mask will automatically track forward to the end of the layer but in this case it wasn’t giving me a clean track and I’ve found that recently it has been taking a long time to actually complete the track. If you want to track forward one frame you can click the right arrow with the line next to it.
