Great video ( very clear and you get to the point quickly) and I've understood most of it. Something I am having trouble with through in the audio. Whether adding audio in Capcut or adding audio from IG, when I play the audio to add it to my video it glitches. so I end up not doing anything with the videos I've made. I have the Samsung S21 if that helps at all.

You're welcome! When I watched reels the audio would glitch and when adding them to my reels it would glitch. Thank for the help but it is all working now. For some reason the updating the UI made it all fine. @@ConnorNewell

11:18 or just select the song, pull the volume all the way down so you still use the original clip audio. Instagram will still show the song you selected as the audio for that reel without losing your head trying to match both tracks

It might show that way before you post. When I’m adding music mine does the same. Then when I post it’s fine. Just make sure you have HDR turned off on your phone and when you export from CapCut.
