I love the content of your tutorials but please, please, just slow it a little bit. You guys are always at 90mph and I have to stop and rewind so many times The pace of the commentary on this is spot on but as soon as you move to the tutorial its foot down and race ahead !

Filmora is deducted money from my account as first it ask for filmora upgrade pay to 12 and I paid the amount and now u charged the amount for boris effects. Really hate it as I tried all the methods to contact filmora customer care but u guys have designed ur website in such a way that automatically boats giving answers which are really made up scripts. I hate filmora. You are not helping me. Now i have to look others softwares earlier i purchased the lifetime membership of filmora but now u guys sucks.

I have a question does filmora can do up to 8K resolution export. What kind of video files does filmora accept For example like Vob HDR XAVC HEC. Please confirm clearly that purchasing a licence Is it going to be lifetime upgrade or update without any further payment. Suggestions you should let people to have a free trial without water mark for at least 20 videos with no time limit so that people can get used to your software and decide whether or not to purchase your software. Like many other video software they are free. Do you think you can make a free version with unlimited update or upgrade. How would you grade yourself comparing to Davinci resolve Adobe Premier. Mind you also have a learning curve. Is it really worthwhile for people paying you.

If you don't answer my question. You seems to only accept MP4 format. Which is very limited. only allow mobile phone to shoot the video to edit. If that's the case. People should avoid using this software.
